Information for Presenters and Audiovisual Request Form
Laptop computers are welcome at NAMRC 35. If you would like to run your presentation directly from your laptop, please note we have standard VGA hook-ups to projectors and no access to specialized adapters. If your computer requires any special adapters, you are asked to provide and test them before the technical session begins.
Each session will have a computer available that is known to work with the projector in the room. Everyone is welcome to bring their presentation on a standard USB thumb-drive to be loaded on to this computer. We suggest that even if you bring your own laptop, you should bring your presentation as a backup on a thumb-drive. PowerPopint or PDF formats are required for the backup.
We require that everyone test their computer or presentation before the session begins to minimize downtime. Students will be available in the mornings and during the breaks to assist you in testing your presentation in the actual room.
