REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:
To register for SES 2003, please complete and return the electronic
registration form by
clicking here.
Please include
your credit card information for payment.
You may also print off a hard copy of the registration form
(download pdf file by
clicking here) and send
along with payment to U-M Conference Management Services, 627 Oxford, Ann
Arbor, MI 48109-2634.
Registrations received before October 1, 2003, will be mailed an
acknowledgment/receipt. All conference materials may be picked up at the
registration desk upon arrival.
The registration desk will be open 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on
Sunday, October 12, 2003, at the Michigan League, on the 2nd floor. The
registration desk will re-open at 7:00 am on Monday, October 13. The conference
will maintain a registration desk throughout the conference for your
convenience.
FEES: The
registration fee for the Symposium is $445.00. This fee includes the opening
reception, all sessions, a dinner banquet, an abstract book and published
proceedings. A discounted registration fee of $395.00 is available to all
participants whose registration is received on or before Sept. 12, 2003. Full-time graduate students may
register at the special price of $195.00.
A discounted registration fee of $145.00 is available to all graduate
students whose registration is received on or before Sept. 12, 2003. This fee covers all events and
materials, the dinner banquet, but not the proceedings. Additional dinner
tickets for guests may be purchased at $60.00 per person. All symposium fees are due in advance
and must be paid in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: Cancellations received in writing or by fax prior to October 6 2003,
will be entitled to a full refund, minus a $50.00 handling charge. Those who do
not appear at the conference, thereby canceling by default, will not be
eligible to receive any refund. Refunds will take approximately six to eight
weeks.

CURRENCY EXCHANGE: There
is a currency exchange booth in the lobby of the Detroit Metropolitan Airport
International Terminal. A limited selection of foreign currencies may be
exchanged. Participants are advised to purchase traveler's checks in U.S.
dollars or to exchange money before arriving in the United States.
