Technical Paper Submissions:

Prospective authors should submit an abstract of 100 to 200 words by December 17, 2008.
The abstract submission web site will close at midnight (EST) on December 17th.
Acceptance is based upon review of the abstract. Decisions of the Papers Review Committee on acceptance will be transmitted to the authors electronically by January 17, 2009. Presentation of papers is contingent upon having one PDF copy of your accepted paper submitted by March 10, 2009. Full papers must be submitted electronically and will be distributed at the conference by CD-ROM. Papers must not exceed 10 MByte in file size. Submission instructions will be provided in the acceptance notification. Early submission of papers is strongly encouraged to ensure timely preparation and distribution of CD-ROMs.

Instructions for Student Presenters:

Student presenters attending from a distance greater than 50 miles from Ann Arbor, Michigan are eligible for a $150.00 travel stipend (one per paper per person). This stipend is to help defray the travel costs for student presenters who have to travel more than 50 miles to attend a Central States-hosted meeting. A check will be mailed to the address supplied on the form. The presenter must be a student at the time of the meeting. Please fill out the form Section Travel Stipend and submit it to Dr. Thomas Briggs (briggste@ornl.gov). Questions may be referred to Tom Briggs at briggste@ornl.gov.

of your paper. If your paper does not fall into one
of the listed categories, please select “other” and type in your topic.

Fields marked with * are required. When the form is completed,
click the submit link at the bottom of the page.

Once the abstract is submitted a "Submission Receipt" page will appear.
This is your confirmation that the abstract has been received.

Papers must be submitted electronically in PDF format before Tuesday, March 10, 2009. They must be emailed to office@combustioninstitute.org

Papers should not exceed 10 MByte in file size.
