Professor Christophe Pierre has been named the Stephen P. Timoshenko Collegiate Professor of Mechanical Engineering. Anna Stefanopoulou, assistant professor of ME, has been named one of the "World's Top 100 Young Innovators" by Technology Review. The award was made last spring by the publication, and it is presented to individuals under the age of 35 who have made significant contributions in their field.
