MEAM plays a major role in a new partnership between the College and
General Motors Global Research and Development Operations to host a $5 million
GM Satellite Research Laboratory at U-M. A letter of understanding was signed
on January 30, 1998, in the College's General Motors Conference Hall by: (seated,
