Justine Altman Academic Services Office Manager (734) 647-0539 Justine manages the overall operations of Academic Services in ME. She is available to discuss matters related to undergraduate students and graduate students alike.

Michele Mahler Graduate Program Associate in Mechanical Engineering. (734) 763-4277 Michele is in charge of processing graduate applications and admission decisions, organizing recruitment and student orientation. She also schedules advising appointments with the Graduate Chair and prepares student letters for Graduate Students. Michele sends out oral defense messages to inform ME Professors and ME graduate students of an upcoming defense, and works with Cynthia Quann-White on ELI Testing and Qualifying Examination preparation.

Cynthia Quann-White Graduate Student Administrator in Mechanical Engineering (734) 763-9223 Cynthia is responsible for the administration of graduate student policies, practices, and guidelines; student advising on curriculum, course planning, and course selections; and student monitoring of academic performance and progress, receiving petitions and other forms and assisting students with how to navigate the process of paperwork. She manages the Qualifying Examination (GCC & RFE), the preliminary examination process (advancement to candidacy), and other academic milestones. Cynthia also administers fellowship tuition, fee payment and health insurance benefits, as well as appointment paperwork for GSI positions assigned by the Graduate Program Chair.
