Directions to G.G. Brown Laboratory

2350 Hayward Street, Room 2250

  • Take Exit 41 off of US 23 onto Plymouth Road.
  • Travel west to Murfin and turn left (at traffic light).
  • Travel two blocks and turn left on Hayward.
  • The third driveway on the right is the parking lot of the G.G. Brown Laboratory.

Directions to W.E. Lay Automotive Laboratory

1231 Beal Avenue, Room 2043

  • Take Exit 41 off of US 23 onto Plymouth Road.
  • Travel west to Huron Parkway and turn left (at second traffic light from overpass).
  • Travel two blocks and turn right on Hubbard.
  • At stop sign, continue straight on Hayward.
  • Turn left at next intersection (Beal Avenue).
  • Enter the LEC Building (Robert H. Lurie Engineering Center). Lobby receptionist will direct you to room 2043 Lay Auto Lab.

Parking

 

  • Permit-only lots are adjacent to the Engineering buildings. Sponsors and corporate guests should contact their U-M host for parking options.
  • Guest meter parking is available off Hayward between Beal and Hubbard, as well as the corner of Hayward and Murfin. See Parking & Transportation Services Parking Maps for other options.
