Every semester, the mechanical engineering undergraduates at the University of Michigan are challenged with real-world design projects. In their design courses, student teams seek creative and practical solutions to these problems cumulating in working prototypes. At the end of the term, they exhibit their work (posters and prototypes) at Design Expo.
Please come and see the quality, scope and fruits of this semesters hands-on design experience. Students will be available for demonstrations throughout the afternoon, so stop by anytime between 1:00-4:00. It may inspire you to challenge them with a design problem in the near future!
