The Mechanical Engineering Three Minute Thesis (3MT®) Competition will be held on Friday, March 31, 2023 in NCRC Building 10 Research Auditorium.
The competition will proceed in two stages, the online preliminary round and the final in-person event.
There will be over $9,000 in awards for winners!
All current graduate students in Mechanical Engineering are welcome to participate in one of two competition categories:
- ME Master’s students or PhD pre-candidates
- ME PhD candidates
The competition challenges you to effectively explain your research to a non-specialist audience in 3 minutes, with a single static slide as the only visual aid.
