Arruda Elected Fellow of Society of Engineering Science

ME Professor Ellen Arruda has been elected a Fellow of the Society of Engineering Science.

Prof. Arruda is recognized for her research contributions in mechanics of materials with applications to polymers, polymer nanocomposites, soft tissue mechanics, and tissue engineering and for her active participation in the Society, including her service on the Board of Directors and as SES President in 2004.
