Professor Ellen Arruda has been selected to received a 2015 Outstanding Engineering Alumni Award from Penn State. The Penn State Outstanding Engineering Alumni Awards recognize graduates who have reached exceptional levels of professional achievement. Established in 1966, the award is the highest honor bestowed by the PSU College of Engineering.
Arruda is recognized for her success as a leader in her field and for the impact she has had and will continue to have on society and her profession. These exceptional alumni should provide outstanding role models for current engineering students.
