Cooper’s article on slashing imports of metal and steel published in The Conversation

Assistant Professor Dan Cooper recently had an article published in The Conversation focusing on making scrap great again: “How recycling more steel and aluminum could slash imports without a trade war.” Cooper posed the idea that the U.S. could slash imports of steel and aluminum not by imposing duties but instead buy boosting the reuse and recycling of old metal products.
