Kneifel Named Outstanding Student Engineer of the Year by ESD

ME undergraduate student Andrew Kneifel of Rochester Hills, Michigan, has been named 2008 Outstanding Student Engineer of the Year by the Engineering Society of Detroit. The award was established “to recognize the undergraduate student who best distinguished themselves in the engineering and scientific communities.”

Andrew has interned at General Electric and Procter & Gamble. He is a fourth-year member of the U-M Baja SAE Racing Team.
