“Tribology International” has published an article by Mechanical Engineering visiting student Martin Skjoedt, based on his research into “the effects of oil properties on spark-ignition gasoline engine friction.”
Skjoedt, a PhD student at the Technical University of Denmark, performed this research under the supervision of Assistant Research Scientist Stani Bohac while participating in a cultural exchange program through the U.S. affiliate of the International Association for the Exchange of Students for Technical Experience (IAESTE).
In a press release issued by IAESTE, Bohac said, “Most IAESTE students are talented and highly motivated individuals, but I think it is not every day that an IAESTE student’s work results in a journal publication like this. I am very proud of the work that Martin did.”
