The micro-machined cochlea work of Associate Professor Karl Grosh and his former doctoral student Robert White, now an Assistant Professor at Tufts university, is currently featured on the NSF banner (the top of the home page of the NSF web site ( http://www.nsf.gov/ )) and in the NSF discoveries section under the following link:

This is outstanding recognition of their pioneer work on the subject which has made considerable impact on the scientific community.
