Professor Ann Marie Sastry has received the Trevor O. Jones Outstanding Paper Award for her paper titled, “Efficient Batteries for Transportation Applications” (co-authored with Mohamed Alamgir, director of research for Troy-based Compact Power Inc.).
The award was presented at the Society of Automotive Engineers International Convergence conference banquet held Wednesday, October 22, 2008.
