The recent cutting edge battery research of Neil Dasgupta and a group of researchers has caught the attention of a wide range of both national and international media outlets since their paper, “Dendrites and Pits: untangling the complex behavior of lithium metal anodes through operando video microscopy,” was published in October.
The research group’s findings have been featured on the November 2016 cover of ACS Central Science, NOVA on PBS, WTOP Radio in a segment titled “Engineering Innovation,” and a piece on Discovery Channel Canada scheduled to air this coming February.
