How to Make an Advising Appointment

To schedule an appointment for academic advising, please visit our online scheduling system

  • If you are an Undergraduate student (declared or undeclared), you may meet with Kacie Cadotte, Kylie Welling or Pierce Houston
  • If you are a Graduate student, you may meet with Brandyn Jordan (ME MSE), Adam Mael (ME PhD), or Kathy Bishar (AUTO, GAME, MFG)
  • If you are a current or prospective SUGS student, you may meet with Pierce Houston

Available appointment times are colored blocks of time. You will see a phone icon or a person icon on an available appointment time. A phone icon means that the meeting can be held virtually through Zoom or by phone. A person icon will mean that you have the option of meeting in-person. See example below:

A Google Calendar invitation with a Zoom link, if applicable, will be sent to you.

Note: Please be aware of high traffic times, typically during the first three weeks of the term and during backpacking/registration. We encourage general visits outside of these peak times.
