What are DEI Share Sessions for?
- 1:1 Quick Share: Say hi, ask questions, share ideas and concerns, learn about getting involved in the department’s DEI efforts, or quickly talk about anything else DEI-related. These are 20-minute sessions held the first Thursday of the month from 12-1 pm. Sign up for a spot here.
- Group Topic Chat: Learn from and with others about DEI issues and topics. For example, we might talk about how to lead equitable collaborations or the history of injustice at U-M. These are 1-hour sessions held the first Thursday of the month from 1-2 pm on Zoom.
- Longer Share: Share a concern or idea you want to spend more time discussing. Or, you may have a project/event you need one-time feedback on or want to pitch a longer-term collaboration.
