At Michigan Engineering, the job of creating a more diverse, equitable and inclusive community rests not within one organization or group of people, but with all of us. Our People-first framework builds upon Michigan’s greatest strengths and is a blueprint for how we aspire to teach and practice engineering – closing critical gaps, and elevating all people.
