The College of Engineering Hydrogen Council is sponsoring a seminar by J. Byron McCormick, Executive Director of the General Motors Fuel Cell Activities Group, on “The Future: Fuel Cells & Hydrogen.” McCormick will review:
* Global reasons for the Hydrogen economy
* Reasons for fuel cells
* Potential reinvention of the automobile
* Next steps toward achieving the Hydrogen economy
* Additionally, technical challenges and opportunities for invention will be highlighted to stimulate the creativity of the Engineering community.
The seminar is free and open to the public.
