The ASME McDonald Mentoring Award, established in 2007, recognizes the outstanding mentoring of other professionals by an engineer in industry, government, education, or private practice.

In response to this recognition, Dr. Cooper said, “I am delighted to receive the ASME McDonald Mentoring Award. I have benefited greatly from the kindness and wisdom of many mentors during my career so far. Hopefully, I’m passing it on and helping encourage the next generation of manufacturing engineers.”

Congratulations, Dr. Cooper.
