ME undergraduate students Katherine Lapham (Formula SAE) and Robert Cudini (SAE Collegiate Chapter) have been selected to participate in SAE International’s Leadership Development Seminar being held in Orlando January 21-23, 2009.
According the SAE web site, the purpose of the award is “To identify SAE student members who have exhibited outstanding leadership skills through SAE student activities on campus and to further develop these skills for future leadership roles in SAE and their professional engineering career.” Winners receive an all-expenses-paid trip to participate in the seminar.
They were nominated for the award by their SAE faculty advisor, Professor Volker Sick.
